Crossknots was founded several years ago and born from a passion in woodworking. Each and every product is handmade, unique, and there are no patterns used. This allows for maximum creativity. Many of the products listed on this site were created for one customer and then have sold time and time again to others looking for something similar. Please keep in mind that it does take time to design and build a custom product. Crossknots does its best to ship your item out as soon as it is complete and ready to go. SHIPPING POLICIES : return policies are, I need to see proof of damage and then I will asess the item. Once determined that there is damage we’ll do an insurance claim, which once done, I will create a new item and the broken on is to be shipped back to me at crossknots exspence. If you do not like the item I have created for you, I will refund upon arrival to me , if the item is in good condition, the item is recieved back and will deduct any damage of the price plus there will be a restock charge and you pay the return shipping. After 3 days from delivery its no longer acceptable for a return and once decided that it can be return it needs to be int he mail in 7 days or it is no longer acceptable
